Option 1 - Help menu
Note: This is mostly applicable to the recent models from 2017 onwards and may not be available in older TV sets
• Press the “Settings/Menu” button on the remote control and navigate to the following path:
[Frequent settings]* > [Help] > [Contact info]

A screen will show up with the TV model and serial numbers as well as other information that can be useful when contacting Philips TV Consumer Care team.
Option 2 - Sticker on the TV

The model number can be found on the sticker with a barcode, located on the backside of the TV.
Option 3 - Service label with QR code
Note: This is applicable to the TV models as of 2019 onwards and is not to be found on older sets.
Many TV models launched in 2019 (or later) have an additional service label, listing the model number and serial number, as well as a QR code that can be scanned using a smartphone in order to display these two numbers on the phone’s screen.
This label is located on the backside of the TV, behind the bottom left corner of the screen (facing forward).
Option 4 - Buttons combination
While watching a TV channel, press the following buttons on the remote control: ‘1 2 3 6 5 4’ (one button at a time, all six to be pressed in the given order).
A menu will appear showing the model number on the first line.
Option 5 - Sticker on the box
If you still have the box, you can find the relevant information on the sticker with the barcode.
