The tool on the provided website from previous post only downloads Build 15063 (1703) which does not work on my system! Have no access to internet, wireless adapter and ethernet adapter will not connect to any internet connections!
I initially got the update to 15063 from windows update so im sure it will
come back there which I am sure wont work. So ill have to avoid windows update at that point or find a way to get the update to not come back up!
I have limited internet so i cant just download a bunch of stuff to see if it will work or what version it actually is... The windows media creator tool does not say what version its downloading just comes up as Windows! Like i said the last time i downloaded via Microsoft's website / media creator tool it downloaded 15063 so i dont want to download from there again and just get the same build!
